Need help
Since there’s no apparent way to get help or ask questions, I’m doing it here.
The instructions to install this on my moms iPad aren’t correct as the things I’m supposed to click on to set up the app don’t exist in any capacity. I need help as I am DESPERATE TO GET THE POLITICAL TEXTS OFF MY EIGHTYSIX YEAR OLD MOMS MESSAGES. Getting her a new phone number is proving to be a problem as well so I really need this to work…but alas, I can’t even install it using the very easy instructions given because the steps don’t exist. They do on my iPhone but not on this iPad. Please help.

Hi Wahlycat, this app should work on an iPad but it must be an iPad with an active cellular plan. If you are getting spam on the device without a plan, it is most likely from iMessage directly (Apple does not allow Apps like mine to filter). Unfortunately the App can’t help much if that’s the case, but I can share some iOS notification changes to limit those messages for your family.
If it is an iPad with cellular, and it’s not working, then I can help debug. I unfortunately don’t have an iPad with cellular, but I will fix it with you asap!
