What's New in v1.0.1 Critical Bug Fix: Nested Frontmatter Support This update fixes a critical data corruption issue and adds proper support for nested frontmatter structures. FIXED: • Data corruption bug: Files with nested frontmatter structures (like newsletter configurations, author details, or custom metadata objects) were being silently corrupted when saved. This has been completely resolved. NEW: • Expandable nested metadata UI with disclosure triangles • Add and remove fields within nested structures • Smart type handling (toggles, number fields, text editors) • Auto-expand for structures with 5 or fewer fields If you use advanced frontmatter features like newsletter configurations, author details, SEO metadata objects, or custom nested structures, this update protects your data from corruption and makes editing these fields much easier. If you experienced file corruption, please check any posts with nested frontmatter and restore from Git history if needed. Future edits will now preserve your data correctly.
