Bad app, poor customer service

I’ve downloaded the app for months now and when I first started using it, it was working fine, all of a sudden issues started arising with the app. It started with getting a uk number for LinkedIn that purchase kept reversing over 6 different trials I made all reversed I couldn’t use it for what I wanted to use it for now weeks after the app is not even opening again. I’ve messaged their customer care on TikTok and on telegram but they are not even responding.

It’s bad practice to start an app and then closeup halfway with people’s investment in your hands Nawa for una oo. I won’t even advise my enemy to download this app

Bad service

You people don’t give enough details. I bought an eSIM from you guys and now support is saying I have to be in that country to be able to use the eSIM
