Only okay

The workouts are fine but I paid .99c for it to tell me to do plank and a v-up, and that was it. The paid version is definitely not worth it. The daily workouts are okay

Could be better

Doesn’t keep track of consecutive days and the paid version was complete waste. Daily routine is ok but gets redundant since always the same that I’ve seen
