This app is awesome to have and exactly what I’ve been looking for to whip me back into shape. It’s steady and cost effective which is all I could ask for. So far, I’m happy with the amount of workouts on the app, though I’m sure more added to each category wouldn’t hurt. My only thing (isn’t too big of a deal but really annoying if I make a mistake) is not being able to edit or delete my custom challenges. Other than that, great app! Very helpful!
Love but can improve
I really do love this app. The free features give you enough to workout and increases time and intensity which I love. I ended up buying the full version and found the customizable workout very useful. I do however think the app can improve by adding more workouts to choose from and being able to edit/delete the customized workout.
This app is so helpful you have to look through and find all the feature. It gives you a free 30 day meal plan as well which helps greatly. The workouts are also really affective.
