And not only me, i had multiple folks in my wedding group be stuck without rooms on check in, be promised rooms they weren’t given, overcharged and under delivered. I want this hotel to know the rudeness they showed me in front of my girlfriend while me trying to be understanding they misplaced information will not be tolerated. Forcing us to use this app has really cheapened the experience at Excellence resorts. I come here to unplug, not to sit at a nice restaurant with a PHONE in my hand. I know that some people like using their phones for everything, but some of us would rather leave the phones in the room and browse a REAL menu. Until paper menus are made available to those of us who don't want to carry our phones, I will not be returning. It's so sad that they did this.
