We have updated The Excellence Collection App. We added some new information to the transfer sections. Also fixed some minor bugs and improved perfomance.
Ratings and Reviews
Reservation and Room Service
Would be nice if you can make reservations on the app or even add your room to the waitlist. Another bonus feature is being able to order room service from the app.
Great app but could be more
You can link your account to the app. But there is no messaging capabilities. Since everyone carries their phone to look at menus, it would seem logical to be able to receive messages from the hotel via the app. Would be a nice addition to the app.
Great Resource!
The app’s design and functionality is great. It very clearly listed everything you needed to know during your stay and was quite easy to navigate. A must have during your stay in any of their resorts.
