The Fight Guides 12+

No access to content

I just downloaded the new app. Logged in then choose a content but it keeps kicking me back to logging in. Needs another update. Not working right. App is not any different from the internet site accessing from the iPhone. I guess I’ll use website till the app is resolved.

Update: Jason Scully contacted me on my comment on the FB page. I was logged in on safari. I had to close it to make the app work. Works perfect but not any different from the accessing it on safari on the iPhone.

Thank you for your review. We chose to keep the same user experience that users are used to because if we changed things then it would most likely remove features. We wanted to make sure all features of the sites were still available

Great app for a great Jiu Jitsu resource

Been a Grapplers Guide member for almost 2 years. The site is loaded with content and excellent videos. It worked well on a mobile browser but now thanks to the App the experience is even better. The best deal for Jiujitsu video tutorials on the web just got better. Thank you Jason and the GG site team.

Good Content Bad Site

Great content on the site. Two problems I have since purchasing the membership and downloading the app.

1. I cannot seem to find instructions on how to use the site. A lot of it is intuitive but I cannot seem to unenroll from a course that was accidentally selected. Seems like an easy feature to implement
2. MORE IMPORTANTLY: each time I get on the site, I can be on it for 10 minutes or so then the site stops retrieving data. In other words, I cannot access anything. Defeats the purpose of owning the membership.

Hey, we appreciate the feedback.

If you look at the “?” icon in the app to the right you’ll see an entire knowledge base on how to use the site.

An un-enroll option is coming very soon. We are coding that in now.

For the errors…at the time of this review we were experiencing super heavy server loads in which we are very sorry about as well. That fortunately is a temporary set back.
