To use The First Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an The First, A National Banking Association Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

User Friendly for Seniors

Very easy to navigate! I have started depositing my checks using the app. Tellers @ Hammond,La Airport Branch got me set up & made it happen!

Don’t like the new update, please fix transaction error

This app has always been pretty good, but the new update got rid of all my transactions. When I go to “see all transactions,” I only have one pending transaction. I want to see all of my previous transactions from before I updated this app. I liked being able to slide to choose an account and select it to view all my charges,etc. This new design is difficult to navigate.

Other than that, I like the app. It’s very helpful and keeps me on my toes. But please fix the transaction disappearing error ASAP, thanks.

My app didn’t show on spot translation

I am not happy. The app shows the correct amount. So when i do translations looking at the balance. And it turns out bank system shows something else! How? Shouldn’t the bank system & mobile app be very well updates and sync?
Or if there is some feature like this please let us know.
