If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I started banking here when it was Florida Parish Bank for about 5 years now and I can say the only time I ever had a problem was them turning my card off to deactivate status for fraud protection.. and I’m glad they did .. I bank at the one by piggly wiggly on Hwy 190 in Hammond.. This is Amy’s bank and she will personally go out of her way to make sure you or satisfied with your account ..
Don’t like the new update, please fix transaction error
This app has always been pretty good, but the new update got rid of all my transactions. When I go to “see all transactions,” I only have one pending transaction. I want to see all of my previous transactions from before I updated this app. I liked being able to slide to choose an account and select it to view all my charges,etc. This new design is difficult to navigate.
Other than that, I like the app. It’s very helpful and keeps me on my toes. But please fix the transaction disappearing error ASAP, thanks.
Confusion in switching accounts in app
When I open the app, one of the account name shows up on top with a list of transactions below it. After some confusion in reading the transactions, I realized that they did not match to the account name on top. I figured out that I have to actually tap on the account name to get to that account and the menu that goes with it. It’s at that menu where I tap “transactions “ to get the correct list of transactions to match that particular account. It’s a very confusing app.
