Horrible anxiety inducing app

Horrible app that makes you jump through a thousand hoops to get your tickets. Never sends any confirmation.

fix it by tomorrow ,

Cannot access tickets

Was able to access tickets a week ago. Now the night before the show am unable to access tickets. I’ve seen multiple complaints of similar nature in the app reviews and online. Why require ticket holders that purchased tickets through other outlets to use an unresponsive and useless app? Invalid token? refresh? no assistance from the the venue, the app, or the ticket outlet. If I can’t get into the show tomorrow night someone will be receiving a whole lotta words…

SOLVED: How to login

TLDR; you need to create two accounts, one when you login to the app and one to get the tickets.

Man, what a poor app experience. Luckily I’m a software developer and know how to tinker with software to maybe get it working.

Who would’ve ever guessed that? I was trying to use the same login to get my tickets as I did to login to the app. If you create two separate logins (use your same email and a different password) you can access your tickets. Hope this helps!!!
