Game is garbage

This game is so full of bugs it is unplayable. Don’t waste your money or your time. Total trash.The first time through when I gave the old man the potion, I never got the key and instructions, but I didn’t learn that until I read the Strategy Guide which I. Ever do, but got tired of wandering around and not being able to figure out the next step. So, I restarted with a new profile and when I started playing several of the puzzles just rewarded me without me completing them. I got the syringe that way, but I also had both parts in my inventory too. That really messed the game up. So I deleted the game and reinstalled and tried a third time and I again got both the components of different items and the full items. Every time I played though I couldn’t get the old man to give me the key so I could progress. This game is a garbage. I am a software engineer and this is just bad programming and no testing. I have uninstalled this joke of a game. I would like a refund because this game is unplayable.
