Error

While I was watching ads, it popped up with “the authentication key has expired”, and when I went to convert pinks, it said the same thing. So I exited the app, and when I went to enter it, it said an unknown error had occurred. I’m hoping this will be fixed soon because I’m trying to collect hearts and vote for one of my ults, but because of this error, I won’t be able to help contribute to the votes. Please fix this

Broken Servers, disconnected all times

I lost count of how many coins that I supposed to claimed due to the broken links for that I supposed to watch hundreds of apps in order to complete the mission. If I can give it zero star, I will.

As an example, the offers stated to enter zip codes & select the topics that are related to experiences for rewards & also entered information as requested for what needs to be completed or even download what were needed to redeem the rewards. Zero coins been claimed. It’s been repetitively happening with other similar rewards offer but really not sure why even follow the instructions carefully in order to redeem them but they all didn’t go through even over 24 hours. Those aren’t the coins with purchase offers either. Sorry but Tapjoy always giving the customers an extremely poor user experiences. The others who are using the same app are also experiencing the same thing. All the users are really trying to achieve the campaign/event goals to make things happen altogether. Really do hope Tapjoy & TheKking app itself can take this seriously. Thank you.

first of all, the ad you’re given isn’t anywhere near the amount of money the app gains from all the ads you have to watch in order to vote for your idol. Secondly, the fact that there was no time given for when the ad would go up for stays is already unprofessional and the fact that it just never was put up is awful. I’m a carat, and we spent money trying to win just as much as stay did since it was neck and neck the whole time. this whole app is a scam. No one is even out in Times Square during corona virus anyway and the amount of time and money we put into this isn’t worth a one day ad
