Thirstgate puts a glass of water between you and your most distracting apps. Pick the apps you lose time in: social, video, games, anything. Thirstgate locks them with Apple's Screen Time. When you want in, drink a glass of water and log it, and your apps open for a while. Reach your daily goal and they stay open for the rest of the day. HOW IT WORKS • Choose your daily goal and glass size • Pick the apps to lock • Drink a glass to unlock them for a set time • Reach your goal and they're open until midnight PROOF YOU DRANK Hold to confirm on the free plan. With Plus, the front camera checks that the glass reaches your lips and the water level drops. Strict mode adds a random head turn, so a recording can't pass. Everything runs on your iPhone, and nothing is recorded or saved. BUILD THE HABIT • A celebration when you fill your goal to the brim • Daily streaks and a week view of every glass • Milestones from your first full day to 250 litres • Reminders through the day, if you want them SAFE BY DESIGN Thirstgate stops logging at 1 litre an hour and 3.5 litres a day, and emergency passes let you into a locked app when you really need to. PRIVATE No account and no ads in the app. Your water data stays on your iPhone. THIRSTGATE PLUS Camera checks, strict mode, as many locked apps and categories as you like, and a weekly streak freeze. The free plan locks one app. Try the yearly plan free for 1 week, or subscribe monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
