This Side Up walks you through those shots, keeps them together, and counts down the days you have left.
HOW IT WORKS
Pick the carrier. The app walks you through the shots that carrier asks for, in order.
The countdown starts the moment you create the record. You see days left, not a date you have to do math on.
When a claim shows up, export the record as a PDF or a ZIP and send it wherever it needs to go. Every filename carries the date, the name, and the shot, so the folder reads like an evidence list before anyone opens it.
On the receiving end? Same thing, before you open the box. The app swaps in the delivery checklist and keeps it with your deliveries.
CARRIERS
UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Express, Canada Post, and Purolator. The required shots and the claim window come from each carrier's own published rules, and the app shows you the date we last checked them.
YOUR PHOTOS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No server. Nothing to sign in to. We never receive your photos or the names you type in, because there's nowhere for them to go. The flip side: the record lives on this phone. Export anything you'd hate to lose.
FOR MAKERS AND REPAIR SHOPS
Turn on Professional tools in Settings to get Jobs. A job holds one commission from the day the box arrives to the day it goes back: receiving photos, progress updates, and sending photos. Receiving and sending each have their own carrier and tracking number, plus the claim window for carriers the app covers. Export any part as a PDF or ZIP to send to your customer. Free keeps one job open at a time; closed jobs stay on your phone for free.
FREE AND PAID
Free covers three active records at a time. Every record exports in full on either plan: photos, PDF, ZIP. Paid is about how many records you keep at once: a subscription lifts the limit and adds archiving and batch export.
Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

THE HONEST PART
We can't guarantee how a carrier will decide your claim. Nobody can. What this does is make those shots easy to take now and easy to find later, named and dated, before the claim window closes.
Carrier names and requirements belong to the carriers. This Side Up is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any carrier.

One job holds the whole commission: the box as it arrived, your progress updates, and the box as it went back.
Shoot as many as you need, and add a note right after any shot. Bring in photos you already took.
Export any part of it, or the whole job, as a PDF or ZIP, ready to send to the customer.
For carriers the app covers, receiving and sending each show the claim window and the last day to file.
Also: when you hit the free limit, the app now shows your options instead of a save error.
Fixed: photos you took weren't being copied to your photo library, even if you allowed access. New ones are. Earlier ones weren't, so if you need them outside the app, export those records.
