Every job you're asked for, in one place: share it from WhatsApp or Messages, or add it by hand, and Threadboard reminds you on the day it's due. Your clients send work requests on WhatsApp or by text message. Threadboard turns each message into a task on a board, so you don't have to type it out again. HOW IT WORKS Open a client's message on WhatsApp, tap Share and pick Threadboard. In Messages or any other app, select the text and share it the same way. It works with text, voice notes, photos and documents. The AI on your iPhone separates each request and gives it a clear title, and if the message mentions a date, Threadboard suggests it as the due date. You choose the client and the priority, change anything you want and save. WHAT'S IN THE APP • A board with three columns (Pending, In progress and Done). You look at one at a time, and the counts of the other two stay in view. • Today lists what is due today and what is already overdue. • Each client has their number and their tasks, and you can message or call them from there. • A task can have steps, and it keeps the photos, videos, voice notes, documents and links that came with the request. The original message stays attached as evidence. • A daily summary arrives at the time you choose, and each task reminds you on the day it is due. There is also a home screen widget. • Deleted tasks stay in the trash for 30 days, so you can restore one you removed by mistake. PRIVACY Threadboard has no accounts and no servers. Your tasks and clients stay on your iPhone, and the AI runs on the device. PLANS Your first 25 tasks are free, with every feature. Threadboard Pro removes the limit and comes monthly or yearly, with a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple Account settings. Requires iOS 26. Organizing requests with AI needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence.
