START WITH FIVE MINUTES Use the built-in focus timer when getting started feels hard. Follow your session on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, Dynamic Island. Each completed session adds a small dot to your day and calendar. GO FROM INTENTION TO ACTION Assign an app or URL to an aim so your next step is close at hand. Choose a preset or add your own. Some app launches require setup in Apple Shortcuts. FIND A DAILY RHYTHM Check in at midday and reflect at night, with optional local reminders. See your daily aims and calendar history in Home Screen widgets. SIMPLE AND PERSONAL Bold typography, photographic backgrounds and visible progress make your day easy to scan.
