PLAN YOUR MARCH
Chart a one-way route across Act I. Pick battles, elite duels, wandering markets, privy council events, altars, and a final showdown. Health and gold carry through the entire run — every choice has a cost.
FIGHT IN SHORT, SHARP TURNS
Spend limited energy each turn to play sigils from your hand. Strike foes, stack armor, heal, buff your next hit, or hit multiple targets. Read enemy intent icons, block incoming damage, and end your turn before their retaliation.
BALANCE THREE HOUSES — OR PAY FOR FAVORITISM
The General, Merchant, and Priesthood each track your standing. Lean too hard on one house and the others turn hostile. Betrayed allies hit harder in combat, raise shop prices, or cut off support. After each victory, divide merit carefully: an even spread keeps everyone calm; oversharing one side drains the rest.
BUILD YOUR LOADOUT ON THE ROAD
Earn gold, buy new sigils, remove weak picks at the caravan, and collect run relics that bend the rules. Mix martial, economic, and sacred sigils to suit how you want to survive the march.
PERSISTENT PROGRESS
Unlock relics with Legacy points earned from boss victories. Meta upgrades carry across runs so each attempt starts a little sharper.
