This app is a personal Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for tracking thyroid disease. It is useful for patients with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroiditis, and thyroid cancer. It allows easy entry of clinical data such as weight and symptoms, medications such as levothyroxine, and laboratory data such as TSH and free T4 and thyroglobulin. One feature of cataloging the data is that it can be graphed to show the relationships between any three of the many pieces of data you have collected. The personal EMR is also useful if you see more than one practitioner in different practice settings.
This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Version 1.3 contains improvements in the user interface, various bug fixes, and most importantly the ability to change the date range in the graphing module
