Timeboxed is a visual timer that keeps workshops, meetings and classes on schedule. Turn the dial to set the time, press play, and everyone in the room can see how much is left at a glance. QUICK TIMER Drag the dial to any length from 1 to 60 minutes and start. The coloured wedge shrinks as time runs out, so you never need to read a number to know where you are. PLAN A WHOLE SESSION Build a session from several activities, each with its own length: an ice-breaker, ideation, voting, a break. Save it as a template and reuse it every time you run that workshop. A running session keeps a copy of its steps, so editing a template never disturbs a live session. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Timeboxed never starts the next activity by itself. When a step ends, you choose when to start the next one, repeat the step or restart it. Jump to any step during a session and pick up where you left off. BUILT FOR THE ROOM • Room view: turn your phone or tablet sideways for a large dial that the whole room can read • The screen stays awake while the timer runs • A chime and notification at the end, even if the app is in the background or your phone is locked • A haptic tick as you turn the dial • Light and dark themes RELIABLE The timer counts to a fixed end time rather than ticking down second by second, so it stays accurate when the app is in the background. If you close the app mid-session, your place is restored when you reopen it. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE No account, no sign-up, no tracking, and no internet connection needed. Your templates stay on your device. Great for design-thinking workshops, sprints and retrospectives, team meetings, classroom activities, presentations, and focused work blocks.
