Description

Note: You must have an active account on paybookapp.com (Trinidad & Tobago) to use Timekeeper.

Timekeeper is a cloud-based employee time tracking app that works with paybookapp.com designed for payroll in Trinidad & Tobago.

Employees can clock in and out themselves on your company's iPhone or iPad by using their assigned 4 digit pin or by scanning a QR code on their badge.

On clock in and out the app takes a photo of the employee, this acts as their signature and prevents buddy clock ins. The app automatically keeps track of whether the employee is currently clocked in or out.

Time data (including photos) from the app is automatically synced to paybookapp.com where it can then by modified (if necessary) and sent seamlessly to payroll.

Supervisor mode on the app can be enabled, which allows a supervisor, after entering their 6 digit pin to manually clock employees in and out. They can also view all time records on the device.

* Timekeeper works offline allowing employees to clock in and out. It can then be connected later on to internet in order to sync the time data to paybookapp.com

* An employer can deploy multiple devices as much as their subscription allows it.
