For schools that use Timeplanned. Teachers mark attendance and answer messages between lessons; students and parents see the next lesson, what is due and what the school shared.
SIGN IN
Teachers sign in with their Timeplanned account. Students and parents sign in with their email and a six-digit code, or with Google or Apple. If you are at more than one school, or both a teacher and a student, you switch from the name at the top.
FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS
- Next: your next lesson, then this week and next. Book a slot, request a free slot, cancel, report an absence.
- Library: the files, audio and video your school shared, opened in the app. Add a photo or a file where your school allows it.
- Money: what is due and what is overdue, each payment, invoices and receipts as PDF. Pay by SEPA direct debit when your school holds your mandate.
- Messages: write to your school and send a photo.
A parent switches between their own lessons and each child's.
FOR TEACHERS
- Today: the lesson happening now and the rest of the day. Mark attendance with one tap per student, or everyone at once. Without a signal the app keeps the attendance and sends it when the phone is back online.
- Week: the week as a list. Cancel a lesson and the students are told.
- New student and new lesson: add either in two steps from the phone.
- Students: your students. Owners and admins also see who owes what, send a reminder for an overdue payment and mark a payment as received.
- Library: the school's library from the phone. Add a photo, scan pages into a PDF, pick a file, record audio or add a video.
- Requests: booking and trial requests to answer.
- Messages: threads with students and groups, with photos.
NOTIFICATIONS
A reminder before a lesson, a cancelled lesson, a new message, a payment due, a new request. Each kind can be switched off in the app. A notification names the kind of event, not the person or the amount.
LANGUAGES
English, German, Japanese, Ukrainian, Polish and Arabic.
