My advice, use this as a V tool the V same way you wound your stones, pendulum, tarot cards, or prayers & talks with God. For myself _ I pray, center mysel, clear my thoughts as much as possible then pray, followed up with a request for my ancestors & those who love & care for me to use this tool to help Guide me in whatever it is that I'm inclined to ask about.
