Stuck? Start with just 5 minutes. When the timer ends, keep going if you're in the flow. One tap to begin from the app, widgets, Lock Screen or Siri. The hardest part is starting. Tiny Start makes it small. Pick a short starter (2, 5, 10 or 15 minutes) and tap Start. When it ends, Tiny Start asks one gentle question: Keep going? Say yes, or just ignore it, and it quietly switches to counting up. Stop whenever you like. Either way, you started.
