It helps parents and caregivers stay close to children and loved ones with live location, SOS alerts, calls, family tools, and easy device control — all in one place. Check that a child arrived at school, answer a video call from the watch, or get an SOS alert in an emergency. TinyGuard makes everyday care simpler, clearer, and more reliable. WHO IT IS FOR TinyGuard is built for families using a compatible TinyGuard smartwatch. Parents, grandparents, and other trusted members can bind the same device, share updates, and stay in touch. Sign in with email, Google, or Apple, then add a device by scanning the QR code or entering the IMEI. LIVE LOCATION AND SAFETY See where the watch is on the map and refresh the latest position when you need it. Review location history and movement tracks to understand daily routes. Choose power-saving, normal, or high-frequency locating to balance battery life with peace of mind. Create safety fences around home, school, or other important places. Get notified when the device enters or leaves a safe area. If the watch is missing, use Find Device, loss reporting, and automatic position reports when it comes back online. Low-battery alerts help you act before the watch goes offline. SOS AND EMERGENCY CARE Set SOS numbers on the device. When the wearer presses SOS, the watch can call the emergency contact and send an alert to the app with the current location. Fall alarms and other safety reminders are available on supported devices. CALLS, VIDEO, AND CHAT Stay in touch with voice and video calls from the app to the watch. Family group chat lets members send text, photos, voice messages, and stickers. Take a remote photo from the watch for a quick visual check. CONTACTS, SCHOOL, AND DAILY LIFE Manage the watch address book and import contacts from your phone. Turn on Reject Strangers so unknown numbers cannot easily reach the child. Classroom mode can silence non-essential functions during school hours while still allowing time display and SOS. Set alarm clocks, sleep schedules, timetables, water reminders, and medicine reminders. Timed power on/off, time zone, and language settings help the watch fit real family routines. FAMILY SHARING Invite family members to follow the same watch. An administrator can review bind requests, transfer identity, and keep roles clear. Message Center collects device alerts, approval results, and system notices. HEALTH AND WELLNESS On supported watches, view step count, heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, body temperature, and sleep. Health updates and abnormality alerts can appear in the app so you can follow up quickly. These tools support daily awareness; they are not a medical diagnosis. DEVICE MANAGEMENT Check call charges and data usage, set a monthly data plan, and receive notices when data is running high. Reserve battery, remotely shut down, restore factory settings, and install device software updates when available. Unbind a device when it changes hands, and keep account, privacy, and language settings under control. SMART ALERTS Get notified for SOS, geofence events, low battery, incoming SMS on the watch, remote photos, unbind events, and other important status changes. Open the app to view details, switch devices, and take the next step right away. GET STARTED Install TinyGuard and sign in. Scan the watch QR code or enter the IMEI to bind. Set SOS contacts, family members, and a home/school safety fence. Enable classroom mode and locating preferences that match your day. Keep the app and watch updated. TinyGuard brings location, communication, and care tools together so you can look after the people who matter — from the school run to bedtime, and whenever they need you.
