UPDATE: The developer has made great strides in improving accessibility. The app user interface is more intuitive, with most of the buttons and other elements clearly and properly labeled. This opens up many more ofthe features of this great service. I appreciate the effort the developer has madehere. For that reason, I am increasing my rating to 5 stars. My initial concerns are written below. I was very excited to learn that my church signed up with a platform to allow us to begin giving offerings online. I love the idea of being able to give offerings automatically and without a lot of hassle. And online giving platform seems the perfect solution. Unfortunately, as a blind individual who uses Apple‘s voiceover screen reader to navigate webpages and apps on my phone, this app turned out to be practically inaccessible. Many of the buttons and other navigation elements on both the app and the website are either unlabeled or voiceover screen reader cannot recognize them. Even wear elements are labeled, tapping on the element accomplishes nothing, as the button or element is not actionable. I did try to reach out to the developer by attempting to contact it to raise this issue before writing a review, but unfortunately the website was too inaccessible to the screen reader to navigate well enough to find the appropriate contact links. I would love to be able to use this platform to donate to my church, as I imagine other individuals with visual and print disabilities would care to do if the app were accessible to screen reading programs. I understand that Apple makes readily available to app developers information and protocols on how to program there apps to be Screenwitter accessible. I appeal to the app developer to program the appropriate accessibility features into their app and their website so that everyone can benefit from and enjoy it. I am more than open to changing this rating should the developer make its platform screen reader accessible.

I rated this app low because after accidentally clicking, which caused a double payment, the app says to get a refund click here!!! When I clicked on what your website said too, I soon realized this app wasn’t going to issue a refund at all. I haven’t used this app since sometime last Fall, I used a different card back then. However, I lost that card and was issued a new card and somehow this app debited from my new card which was issued sometime around June of 2024. This app debuted from my account without my permission. I never gave this app my new card number, never spoke to anyone connected to the app developer and this is unacceptable!!! The app will not allow me to delete my card number. This app should be held accountable for deducting without my permission.

My church uses text for giving which automatically processes giving via debit/credit card. We recently discovered this app which allows giving from bank account. The charges on bank account, which is linked to most members debit card is much lower than charges on debit/credit cards.The interface is lean and it’s very easy to use. I don’t see any issue with this app version. Thank you for making this app.

This new update may look nice, but it could use some adjustments. I wasn’t confident to give with the app after the update and instead used the web interface on my computer. I prefer the look and usability of the web version. The main things I liked about the previous version was that I was able to see where the giving was designated on the same page as the amount and payment method selection. Now it brings up a window for an amount first and nothing else. That’s where I wasn’t confident giving through this app and went through the web interface instead. I wasn’t sure where the giving was designated. It didn’t give me an indication if I entered an amount would it just give to general or give me more options after that screen.
