My friend told me about this app and I was skeptical at first. I downloaded it and set up the widget for my home screen. I am super impressed with this app now. Simple motivational quotes right there every time I open my phone. I’ve always wanted to incorporate positive affirmations and other positive mood enhancing techniques to my regimen but I honestly just forget to do them regularly. This is an easy way for me to stay motivated throughout the day because like most people I’m on my phone way to much. So at least now every time I open my phone I feel like I’m getting something out of it.
