The application is divided into various roles, each tailored to the specific needs of the user: 1. Admin: The admin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the application. They have access to all information about all children in all classes, including their daily statuses and monthly reports. This role ensures that all data is accurate and up-to-date. 2. Teacher: Teachers have the responsibility of updating the daily status of each child, including what they learned, their mood, what they ate and drank, and how many times they used the bathroom. They also have the ability to accept or deny photos sent by the social person, ensuring that only appropriate images are shared with parents. 3. Social: The social role is responsible for taking pictures of children during their activities. These pictures are then sent to the teacher for approval before being shared with parents. 4. Doctor: Doctors are responsible for sending monthly reports, including developmental and behavioral reports, medical reports, academic reports, and additional notes about the child. This ensures that all health and academic information is accurately reported to parents. 5. Extra: This role is similar to the teacher role but is responsible for children who are registered at the preschool for extra hours. They do not have the ability to accept or delete photos as this is handled by the main teacher. In addition to these roles, Toddily also includes a guest mode. This allows users who do not have an account to view certain sections of the application, such as the photos section and the events section. It also includes an "About Toddily Preschool" section, a FAQ section, and contact information for the preschool. The application is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for both teachers and parents to navigate and use effectively. It ensures that all information is accurate and up-to-date, and that privacy is maintained throughout.
