Perhaps my favorite app

I love that you can have different ringtones for different contacts, for me that's the whole point, & not all the other ringtone apps offer that.
Don't have your phone connected to your computer when watching the tutorial, syncing stops it. The volume when making ringtones is the same as your iPod volume so if you muted iPod the app won't have sound. The slider is really sensitive, it took me a little getting used to. It would be nice to have a real time counter of the song so you don't have to guess. I won't complain about connecting w/iTunes b/c there's no way around that right now; not their fault. Overall a definite gem.

Still asking Me to Pay

Paid $1.99 at the app store and the app is asking me to pay $1.99 to remove the ads and unlock all the features. Is the app $1.99 or $3.98? Also asked me to review the app the first time I opened it, before I had a chance to actually use it. For creating ring/texttones it works like Garage Band, just on your phone, regarding the sliding bar to adjust the length of the tone and the portion of the song. Pretty simple.

An Honest app

The reason I chose this app was because they were honest enough to put a price on it right up front. None of this Free ringtone app where it is really a free trial. All the of the others are doing is a bait and see itch hoping you don’t notice that they want a monthly fee.

The developer, Mobgen Apps Inc, has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple.
