Topgolf 4+

I became a member of the top golf family in Arizona when I was living in Gilbert. I was born on my grandfather’s birthday and he taught me golf when I was 3. We would go to the Brigham city golf course and he would talk about how he had been the general contractor on many projects in California such as the building of the Mormon temples and he wanted to build a golf club someday soon. I know had he not been in a car accident and then got cancer he would have built top golf clubs. Thank you top golf for having created my grandpa Madsen's dream, I’m going again today with my family and friends.

I booked a reservation online for play yesterday. Immediate greeting at the front desk. So kind and helpful, as was the reservation help via phone.

Kristina was the MOD and was quick to say hi and April, our server was quick to greet, offer water and grab my quick drink order.

It was bloody hot outside and the heat was too much to continue our two hour reservation. We went inside and sat at the bar with Kieran to finish out tacos and grab a couple of drinks.

Kristina came by to check on us and chat for a bit. She’s too notch. Kieran was incredibly accommodating, especially since we ordered food with April and ate at the bar. April came by several times to chat and make sure we were alright.

If we could, I would have stayed all day to chat with the crew.

It was a 110% great experience.

It’s pretty disappointing that I have to walk in to add my name to a waiting list. I understand there are reservations and walk-in options but even Great Clips let’s me add my name to a walk in list before arrival. With the Top Golf app I can see that there is a 2+ hour wait but I still have to go to the location, ask to be added to the list then find something to do to kill time until my slot is open. Otherwise the app is not bad to use. But a wait list feature would be great. Especially since I cannot call the location to be added to the list as I am informed by the automated phone tree that reservations aren’t taken by phone.
