This is a very capable and useful tool. I hav used it several times and was impressed by the amount of things it can do. Bidirectional control complete system pre and post scan included. Now it’s not perfect has some glitches and sometimes all the functions don’t work on a particular application but they do updates often and I think they really try to make it better all the time. I think it’s a great option for the home diy to a professional tech, the dongle nice but I recommend you find a lanyard or something to put on it it’s easy to forget. Great option for the price

I looked on your forum and saw many posts asking for export functions for live data recording - I personally need it because I don’t know much about cars and use AI to tell me what the data is saying.

Your response is that you don’t have any plans for it at the moment and are mostly focused on adding cars and models to the software!

Which is ABSURD considering you’re more focused on new customers than some of the most basic functions that’d help the current ones!

You should be much more focused on KEEPING the current members than bringing in more and more but lacking in some fundamental functions that’s very much weird to not find in the app

Also the fact that I have to enter my car VIN every time and how long it often takes is very annoying cuz many times you decide to use it while driving and don’t have all that time behind red lights and have to forgo it altogether!

It shouldn’t take more than 2-4 seconds with 5g connection and the supposedly capable Bluetooth drive.

The capabilities are good, but the lack of basic functions and lagging and crashing defeats so much of the usability..

1.Real-time Data Stream Export
Exporting recorded live data streams for PC analysis is currently not supported due to proprietary data formatting. This format requires specialized playback software which is unavailable - a limitation common across industry diagnostic tools.
2.VIN Reading & Selection
Automatic VIN retrieval via AutoVIN is recommended for most vehicles.
Manual VIN entry includes:
• Smart memory function (stores previously entered VINs)
• Quick-access through [Diagnostic > Recently Viewed] showing last 10 scanned vehicles

Got the app to use on my ipad because it’s listed as compatible but the support is abysmal, launching the app on ipad just gives you the same view as your phone, taking away any of the functionality you would have gained, you also can’t launch the app in side-by-side either which makes no sense because every other app can. Overall the tool works but i’m going to switch to something that works on ipad for diagnosis.
