Features: Collapsible view, "Info" button explaining the detection logic, and orange warning indicators. Balance Simulation: Reviewers can now see the immediate impact of a leave approval. The app shows the employee's current balance vs. the projected balance after approval. Probation Alerts: Clear visual warnings if an employee is currently in their probation period, helping managers make more informed decisions. Staffing Insights: Visual alerts for "Advance" leaves that would result in a negative balance. Improved Applicant Context The Leave Detail header now prominently displays the applicant's Department and Employee ID, making it easier to identify the employee at a glance.
