Needs Improvements & spell check

I really hope the quality of this app is not an indicator of the quality of your bus service considering I just bought a 5 day pass before downloading this app. “Contact Us” is spelled wrong (Contanct Us). The option that says “find walking directions to this stop” is not a functioning link at all and your website clearly states that there is a “live map to see bus arrival times” which also must not be functioning because I don’t see any times other than opening and closing hours. For such a large business (I see your busses everywhere in the city), I would assume a higher level of app development. I hope this is a work in progress because it needs a lot of improvement.

The worst service of all, do not buy this; Drivers and workers are not friendly and do not help the customer when in doubt. If you get off, you don't find a chair on another bus again, you must wait for 3, 4 or more buses to find available seats.
Because of the city's heavy traffic, moving between stations takes a long time.
I bought the ticket with the ferry to the statue of liberty and when I get to the place marked on the map they inform me that it is not there and nobody gives me information (I could not do it).
During the middle of the day, I decided not to use the bus service (which I only used once) and mobilized in the subway, so I lost my money and spent more. Instead of wasting money, plan previously the places you want to visit, locate nearby metro stations and get around, get cheaper and faster.
I like clarified that I bought it, because previously I used another company in Washington DC and the experience was totally contrary to it.

Very poor customer service during COVID-19

My GF and I had planned a trip to NYC for late March. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic that is going on, we cancelled with no real plans to return. I had purchased multiple other tours, hotel stays, airline flights, etc and ALL of them did the right thing to refund my money. It seems sad that Top View does not seem to think this COVID-19 warrants a refund to your former customer. I say former as I have no desire to come back and will share with all of my friends and family. In addition, your company will be named on social media.
