The Toucan Smart Living app is an all-in-one smart home system that manages and connects all current and future TOUCAN products in one place, including security and surveillance camera system, doorbell, smart home devices, smart lighting and smart lifestyle products. The app interface is streamlined and built in the way to simplify the operation to deliver the best user friendly experience with different TOUCAN products.

Surveillance System:
Manage all indoor, outdoor cameras and doorbell in one place, no matter if they are installed in the office or at home. You cansee a live feed of your properties wherever they are installed with a few taps in the app. With lots of unique features attached to our products including 2-way communication, recording, playback, alarm, pre-record messages and 1-button to call emergency service, the Toucan Smart Living app makes operating fast and simple.

Smart Lighting Control:
On the app’s interface for smart wall sconces, you can control the light from anywhere, easily select the theme, define yourfavorite color and brightness for different areas and scenes from fingertips;

You can also program and schedule the timer and the ambience including customizing the light hue and brightness levels in Toucan app.

The interface for smart lighting control can be independently added to Alexa skills or Google Assistant so that the light and ambience can be controlled by voice.

Shared Control and Authorization:
The app allows you to authorize family members to monitor and control the authorized devices.

Bad app and system.

I bought 3 of these one for the front porch, back porch, and living room. The battery life is horrible if the motion is tripped periodically. If you talk to someone from work that is at your home for longer than a minute the session times out. When you receive a notification it takes you longer to open the life feed due to buffering than it would take to go to the front door and open it. I had a USP driver knocking and attempting to deliver a Package and by the time I could get the life feed to load I almost missed my package!!!if I hadn’t have got up and went to the door idk that I would have caught him in time.

Was Good .. now very inconsistent

When I first bought the toucan cameras a little over a month ago they were great . Fast loading time to my live feed was able to see things clearly audio was really good . But the last week or so it’s been soo bad . My Live feed doesn’t pop up anymore it just keeps loading and then tells me cannot connect to camera . My internet is fully functional good signal strength it’s got good speed and all my other devices work so I know it’s not the WiFi. I want to say after the last update it started doing all of these inconsistencies. I wish toucan would work on it to get these cameras back to working properly update the firmware or put it back to the older version . I’m really considering to switching to a different brand like the Ring if these arent fixed soon .

Great Camera

So, I just purchased 3 Toucan wireless security cameras. For my front porch, living room and backyard. The quality of the cameras are excellent. The cameras itself are good quality very solid. Easy to use and easy to install. Love everything about this cameras I installed the cameras at 11am this morning and it’s now 6:35pm with all cameras having 100% charge on them. Definitely would recommend to any one. For the people who is having buffering issues. Either get a new modem/router or a WiFi booster if you have a huge square feet. I live in a 3200 square feet home and the cameras has no issues connecting to my WiFi.
