Tour24 self-guided apt tour 4+

It is a great concept, but needs work

The concept is great, being able to tour properties without having to go into a leasing office. However, it would be nice if it actually worked. This has happened with almost every tour.

The lock box rarely works with the app or the app glitches. When you contact Tour24 support, they aren’t much help and they tell you to talk to a leasing agent who of course, wouldn’t be much help either because it’s not their product.

If prospective renters need to contact the leasing office or agent to get access to the lock box, it defeats the purpose of having a self guided tour/no contact tour.

Needs a lot of work

This app could have potential but it need a lot of work. My son and I tried to look to 2 apartments today and both attempts failed. He kept having to close the app and try to load again. We would get to the “key” icon and try to click it to unlock and it would just repeatedly fail. No message. Nothing. Just unresponsive. 2 different properties.

My other big complaint is why wouldn’t you provide more information on the properties? Why not provide searches for properties that provide this, so we can focus on those if we know we are already outside normal business hours for these places? You have to first identify the property is a tour 24 property from their website then come back to that app. It’s just really inefficient then doesn’t work when we got there. Literally wasted nearly an hour and a half today using this app.

Convenient and Easy!

The app is super easy to follow and quickly allows you to register for a self guided tour of the apartment community. I really like the convenience of touring the complex on my own, and being able to take a closer look at the amenities that really interest me. I work late, after the leasing office is closed and I loved the fact I was able to see the model, after they closed and on my own time. This app is an amazing way to get an actual feel of what living at the community is really like.
