Take photos of the vehicle and TowForge reads the license plate and VIN automatically, decodes them, and builds the call while you shoot — pickup location, vehicle details, photos and all. • Choose Police Request or Private Property (PPI) and TowForge prompts for exactly what your company requires — agency, case number, authorization, signage. • PPI properties can now be geofenced: tow from inside a mapped property and the account, storage lot, and rates fill in automatically. • Impounds on any call: mark a call as an impound when creating or editing it, pick the storage lot, and navigation routes you back to that lot. • If a plate and VIN come back to different vehicles, the call is flagged for review automatically. • Driver notifications now only ring your phone when a call is actually dispatched to you — logging past or scheduled calls stays quiet, and the alert now names the account. • Plate and VIN lookups are faster (and cheaper) thanks to smart caching.

Itemized billing by vehicle and equipment Calls can now carry multiple vehicles or pieces of equipment, each with its own assigned driver and truck — and charges can be attached to a specific unit. Invoices show call-level charges first, then an itemized section per vehicle or piece of equipment with its own subtotal. A cleaner way to enter vehicles Every vehicle on a call — including the first — now opens its own screen with the full set of fields, license-plate lookup, and VIN scanning. Fields adapt to the unit's type: light, heavy, or equipment, and one call can mix all three. Unit numbers are available on every type. Better crew coordination When multiple drivers share a call, everyone can see who's assigned to which vehicle and reach teammates with one tap. Driver and truck assignments are simple dropdowns throughout. Multiple contacts per call Add up to five customer contacts with roles, phone, email, and address. On the call screen they appear as chips with one-tap call and text buttons. Plus: the dispatch board now shows each call's account next to the call number, and dozens of smaller fixes.
