Description
This app requires a connection to a smartwatch to access all features.
TOZO Health App integrates HealthKit to read and write some data in the Health app.

1.Sleep Monitoring & Health Data recording
The APP keeps records in sleep monitoring through smart watch; divides different sleep stages; evaluates sleep quality; heart rate monitoring, all-day pressure monitoring.
2.Synchronize the number of steps, calories, walking distance, activity time, and effective standing times recorded on the watch.
3.Sports mode
Be able to initiate exercise from the APP and the synchronization of more than 100 types of exercise data from smart watches.
4.Be able to push Call alert, SMS notifications, Missed call notifications, third party application notifications and Bluetooth calling.
5.Be able to input frequent contacts via App.
Dialing/ answering/rejecting calls via smart watch.
6.Be able to set alarm clock, sedentary reminder, hand-washing reminder, medication reminder, relaxation reminder, event reminder, calorie target reminder, step target reminder, activity distance target reminder for the watch via the App.
7.Connect to synchronize data to Apple Health (HealthKit), to achieve data movement, data and consumed calories sleep simultaneous recording to Apple Health (HealthKit)
8.This application and the accompanying smart watch are not for medical purposes, but only for general fitness/health purposes

Water
Water reminders happen. Watch face even shows % of water, but no capability to log the water on the S4 or in the app.
I don’t understand why this isn’t a feature.
Faces keep changing because of my clothes when I have long sleeves. Kind of annoying but I like the watch. Need more than 10 sport mode options though that I can save. For a person that goes to a gym 10 may not be enough.

Ordered the S3 from Tozo, downloaded the Tozo Health app and am very happy so far with user experience and user interface. Very nice quality and functions. Only drawbacks, gps doesn't seem to work (no routes are saved), and when wearing a shirt above it while running screen is turning on and slides from frame to frame by shirt thinking it is being swiped on. Watchfaces are nice but wish to save more instead of just one. Continue updating the app and keep these feedbacks in mind. It is close to be a very very perfect smartwatch.

Apple health sync issues
App has been unreliable over the months since I got my S3 watch. Step count only seems to update to Apple Health when I view the Tozo app or irregularly in the background. Step count synced to Health frequently inaccurate, and many times sends multiple entries causing inflated step count. Emails to support ineffective, including claiming the app doesn't sync to Apple Health when there is a setting in the Tozo app for it. Also, the nap logging has never worked. I like the watch itself considering the features at a budget price, but the frustration with integration to the iPhone degrades the utility and experience. It was a nice experiment, but I may have to invest in a smartwatch that will work consistently with the phone.
