Hey my recent tp app v2.2.1, installed on my iPhone 13 iOS 17.2.1, always force exit when browsing some dapp, which work perfectly on previous version, pls have a check, thx.

Much better than expected

I have used many crypto wallets,and tbh, when i first knew about TP Wallet, i saw some bad comments, i suspected. But after i try it, i can tell you that it is a totally decentralized one, and bad comments are none of their business. TP wallet is one of the top 3 crypto wallets in my list. Well done, team.

Issue with my Bitcoin Wallet in this App

I made a transaction on a Rockitcoin ATM to purchase bitcoin into my wallet created here on this app yesterday being the 4th of May and until now I am yet to receive my Bitcoin it is not even on Blockchain. I tried sending coin again from my other wallet into this and it didn’t work still. I want to know what is wrong everything is correct and right but I can’t view my transactions still. $2900 and 5$ respectively.

TP Wallet is a decentralized wallet. The assets are all on the blockchain. The wallet is only a tool for displaying assets at the front end. There is no problem of not receiving or losing due to wallet problems. You can use [My]-[Help Center ] to contact us and describe your problem in detail so that we can help you analyze it.
