Description

Track yourself with actionable notifications that you can respond to directly from your iPhone or Apple Watch.

Optimize your trackings by measuring the effects of new behaviors experiments, aiming at improving your scores.

Gain insights from your tracking's analytics.

* Define tracking *
1. Set up tracking question, for example: "How energetic are you?".
2. Define emoji-based, scored responses.
3. Set up times to be notified, for example: every day at 2 pm (after lunch), and 6:30 pm (before dinner).
4. Track by responding directly from the notification, on your iPhone or Watch.

* Optimize yourself by experimenting with new behaviors *
1. Set up a timed experiment (for example: practice meditation daily, starting today).
2. Keep responding to your set-up tracks as usual.
3. Measure the success of your behavioral change by comparing aggregated scores, within the experiment timeframe and out of it.

* Gain insights from your tracking analytics *
View your tracking's aggregated scores by day of week, or time of the day (are your energy levels higher on Saturday? are they lower in the evenings?)

Very useful app!

It helped me with my usual routines

Doesn’t let me add a score or save a new tracking

Found on HN, and I love the concept, pretty much exactly what I’ve been looking for.

However, first version has some bugs. It doesn’t let me add a score, which in turn doesn’t let me save it.

Edit: Hi again Tim! We welcome you to try the app again, we believe the issue shouldn't recur. As mentioned, we would appreciate if you could contact us on support@t12n.io in case it does, so we can better assist in trying to solve it.

Hey Tim!
Thanks for trying us out, and sorry for the inconvenience in adding a track's score.
Please notice you're always welcome to reach out to us on support@t12n.io

Is it ok to as you to please describe the issue further? What exactly happens when you click the 'Add score' button? (we haven't encountered the issue ourselves)

Please notice: the 'Save' button is enabled only after at least one score is added, which is done by the 'Add score' button at the second section on the screen. Once it's clicked, a score is automatically added with the default emoji "❓".

Please also notice: a track *question* also has to be set for the 'Save' button to be enabled.

We'd love to hear back from you on the issue, here or on support@t12n.io

Thanks again, and sorry for the trouble!
