Description
TrackStack Time Management is a habit-forming time management tool designed to encourage and reward the intentional expenditure of time
To use TrackStack, you simply create a category and press the screen to set a timer - with a duration based on how long you pressed.
Once the timer ends (or you end it early) a 'Block' is dropped onto your daily stack, representing the time spent.
Each day, as you consider how to spend your time, you'll steadily build a 'Stack' representing how often you considered your time, and what you decided to do with it.
Over time, you can look over past days and weeks to gain perspective on your habits, and insight towards your goals.

Love this app, that helps me to intentionally spend time. Setting the timer is simple and fun, especially with the haptic feedback. It helps me to choose something , start and focus on the task at hand.
It is well designed, visually appealing, and easy to use with clear instructions. Love my data is private. I use it everday and is helpful to review my stack of intentionally spent time. Showing my charts to those I choose keeps me accountable and is quite enlightening. Simple , Elegant, impactful, habit forming. Awesome!
Great tool for students with ADHD
I have started using this app to help plan and guide my study times. It has helped me follow a good pomodoro study rhythm and keep track of where I’m spending my time. It’s cool to look back at a week and see that I’ve spent x many hours on a class, and helps me feel more confident in what I’ve learned!
