TrackX is a complete travel solution with two interfaces in one app - one for guests and one for drivers. FOR GUESTS: - Book local, outstation and airport trips easily - Track booking status from pending to approved to completed - View complete trip history with pickup and drop locations - SOS and helpline for emergency assistance (SOS activates only when guest is onboard the vehicle) - Report issues and lost items - Track carbon savings on your trips FOR DRIVERS: - View assigned trips after approval - Real-time navigation during active trips - Log fuel expenses for record keeping - Report incidents on the go with photos - Track your ratings and performance - Complete trip history HOW IT WORKS: 1. Corporate creates guest accounts on web portal 2. Client creates driver accounts on web portal 3. Guest books a trip through the app 4. Corporate panel approves the booking 5. Client panel approves the booking 6. Trip is assigned to available driver 7.
