So 1990s technology
Tell me why it's so easy to download a flick on netflix but when you try to do TA video online that you purchase it stalls. So they say downoad this studio which then puts you throug a loop of purchases but the video that you purchased isn't there. 3 hours later I can't find my content.
Imagine if iphones were shipped with 3 hours of trying to figure out set up? This is so 1990s tech. The abandonement rate must be so high with this company. Lost $$$ bc customers are irritated. I am considering a charge back if I can't find a human to help.
Creating an account
Over tried for two days to create an account. I keep getting the same error msg. I’ve closed the app. Tried numerous times. Unsuccessful
