Keep a dated photo and size history for the spots you want to watch, entirely on your own phone. Not a diagnosis tool. TrailSpot is a private journal for the skin spots you want to keep an eye on over time. Add a spot, give it a location on the body, record its size and colour, and attach a photo. Next month you can add a new observation and compare it with the old ones — without sending anything anywhere. KEEP A CLEAR HISTORY • Each spot has its own dated history of observations. • Record size in millimetres with a simple slider, plus colour and free notes. • Attach a photo from your gallery to any observation. • Observations are append-only: a new entry never overwrites an old one. SEE CHANGE OVER TIME • Every spot page lists observations from newest to oldest. • Sizes and notes sit next to the photos, so a change is easy to notice. • Delete an entry or a whole spot whenever you want. ORGANISED THE WAY YOU THINK • Name each spot and place it on a body area: face, neck, chest, back, arm, hand, leg, foot and more. • A clean list shows every spot you track with the date of its last check. • Empty states guide you through the first entry. TRULY PRIVATE • No account, no cloud, no internet connection. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Photos and notes stay on your device. • Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it yourself.
