TrainerStack is how you train with your coach between sessions. Your trainer builds your program, sets your nutrition targets, and reviews your progress. TrainerStack is where all of it comes together on your phone. TrainerStack is invitation only: your personal trainer creates your account and invites you. Without an invitation from a trainer you will not be able to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Follow your program: see exactly what to do each session, with sets, reps and target loads • Log your training: record weights, reps and RPE as you go, and review your history • Track nutrition: search foods or scan a barcode, log by serve or by weight, and follow your macro targets • Submit check-ins: answer your trainer's questions, record measurements, attach progress photos • Connect Apple Health: optionally share steps and sleep so your coach can see activity and recovery • Stay on schedule: reminders for upcoming sessions and check-ins YOUR DATA Your coaching data belongs to you and your trainer. We never sell your information and never use health data for advertising. Health data is read-only, nothing is written back to Apple Health.
