How to get started with Trainest Coach:
Start 14 days of Premium Coaching for free. Get a coach who updates your custom program before your body adapts. No credit card required.
1. Complete our fitness assessment to request a custom workout plan built by our coach.
2. Add your mobile number to connect with your coach for ongoing support.
3. While your coach builds your program, start tracking meals, log a quick weigh-in, or upload a progress photo. Additionally, you can explore the Trainest Plus Library for extra workouts when you want an added session.
4. Once your program arrives, train and log your results to measure progress and stay consistent.
5. When you’re ready, request a program update so your coach can adjust exercises, sets, or intensity to keep progress moving.
Subscription & Terms
Trainest is free to download. Some features require Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium (optional, paid). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed in the app and may include applicable taxes.
