TreadMatch helps you plan a carpet runner for a straight staircase before ordering material. Enter the number of steps and their dimensions, then add individual measurements where steps differ. Choose a fabric and see an estimated runner length, side reveal and the position of a repeating pattern on each tread. Keep fabric samples in a reusable library with photos, dimensions and prices. Compare fabrics and cut options, attach photos of the staircase, and work through a checklist before ordering. When your plan is ready, export a PDF with measurements and notes to share with an installer. Projects and photos are saved on your device. No account is required. TreadMatch provides planning estimates for straight stair flights. Check all measurements and fitting details with your installer before purchasing or cutting material.
