FRUSTRATING & FLAWED!

I’ll preface this with I have been with SSB for ten years or so, since they were First Federal & Iv used their online / app banking, since the beginning.. but over the years, it went from good to horrible!
I run my father’s company, so my parents personal account & the business account are attached via the Treasury app.. when I go in to enter my company deposits, I enter all of the deposits at once, then submit. Relatively easy right!? NO. For some reason unbeknownst to me, this app will randomly decide to deposit one (or more) of the checks into their personal account instead of the business! Sometimes it’s rejected, others it’s not, sometimes I catch it, sometimes I don’t (because I dbl check my data entry prior to submittal).. Now, I’m having to go thru ALL deposits & crosscheck to see which were rejected & never deposited, but also to find those that were errantly deposited into my parents personal account!!

Another issue is the daily limit of $5,000.00 for mobile deposits! It’s ridiculous! I’m frequently stuck with checks that I can’t deposit & have to spread them out over several days to stay under the limit. Also, I frequently get checks ranging between $5,500-$8,000 / check. Which means yet another run to the bank because that single check is over the “daily limit”, freaking ridiculous.

Then today, I go to the app to enter deposits, the app wouldn’t accept my facial recognition & I’m given an alert that says my apps server address might b invalid, putting my info at risk.. UHH, excuse me!? It’s South States’ App, how is SSB OWN server invalid!?!?!?
I haven’t made any changes on my end & when I used it 2 days ago, it was just fine! I closed it out & restarted my phone, but that didn’t help. I tried entering my PIN/ password.. nope, NADA! So finally, I resorted to deleting the app & then re-downloaded it - dumbest move EVER! Now I have to wait till bank opens to get a specialized code to enter, just to get back in!!

I am 1000% at my wits end w this thing! I’m sure ANY other bank has a better online service & I am going to try to get my dad on board with finding out!

Does not work with IOS 13

Been waiting on an update. Mobile deposit is part of my normal workday. Having to stop by the local South State branch to make deposits each day. Please fix!

It has been determined that the latest Apple iOS 13.0 release is not compatible with the Treasury Navigator Mobile App. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will notify clients once the App is compatible. No Bill Pay for iPad

Ridiculous not to be able to use Bill pay from my iPad but can from my iPhone
