Touch ID needed to be a 5 star app
App works great and would have given 5 stars if Touch ID was a feature instead of always having to type in my password
Normally great, but refuses to validate
Switched phones & now it won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying “to call & validate my credentials in order to sign in” I have called & the bank says “make sure your info is right, if it is you’ll have to come in so we can see you put the info in” This is stupid in my opinion. I’m not making a point to drive there so she can tell me that my info is right, because it is. If she can’t validate it over the phone then she needs to figure it out & help me. But they won’t. The login info works on my iPad, but I shouldn’t have to carry that around to see my bank info
Still a bit behind with some features
Developer needs to turn on touchID login access option.
Needs to show additional account information on loan accounts as in the website view so we can see the paid to date on loans (ie mortgages, auto loans, etc)
