TRManager is trailer rental management in your pocket. It uses the same account as trmanager.app, so your fleet, customers, contracts and payments are with you wherever you are — at a desk, on the road, or next to the trailer.
MANAGE YOUR FLEET AND RENTALS
• See every trailer, its status and its documents at a glance.
• Create and edit rentals and lease-to-own agreements.
• Take a trailer back and choose whether the contract keeps collecting or is settled and closed.
• Send customers payment and return reminders.
INSPECTIONS AND DAMAGE
• Walk a checkout or return inspection with a full checklist, tire tread depths, photos by section, and signatures from the driver and the inspector.
• Photograph damage and have it flagged automatically for review.
• Download a whole inspection as a PDF to send to an insurer or attach to a claim.
CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENTS
• See who signed a contract and when, and read it exactly as it was signed.
• Upload registrations, insurance certificates, plates and contracts by photographing them.
PAYMENTS
• Track what is overdue, upcoming, processing and paid.
• Record a payment that arrived by check, wire or cash, or mark one as on its way.
• See whether a payment was ever actually charged — the difference between a bank declining and nobody trying.
WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN'T
Recently loaded records stay on the device, so the app still shows your fleet when the connection drops, and says plainly that you are looking at the last data it saved. Photos taken offline are kept and upload themselves once you are back online.
NOTIFICATIONS THAT MATTER
Alerts are reserved for what needs attention — a charge that failed, money that did not arrive. Not a daily digest.
GETTING STARTED
Create an account in the app, or sign in with your existing TRManager account.
TRManager now runs on iPad, with every screen laid out for the larger display.
REPORTS
All eleven reports from the web app are here, and each one opens with a chart:
collected by month, overdue balances by age, your top customers and trailers.
Switch the period without leaving the screen.
SIGNING IN
Use the password saved on your device — unlocked with Face ID — instead of
typing it. Sessions last longer too, so you are asked far less often.
