The app is like most of the other apps. I wish it had High 5 Games and the Everi deluxe won’t launch, but I have 2K in winnings that needs withdrawn and it sits there. I think all my paper work is correct, but I would like to withdraw! I am worried the funds will not work draw. I think it odd a ploy to make you spend it. I have never had the app take more than 24 hours and this one is taking days and days. Not one withdraws has through. I don’t want to say it’s a scam. I can’t find the contact support either so I can’t call anyone?

First off the geolocation does not work if it does I can play maybe 5-10 spins before it shuts me out and I have to go back into the game to me it throws off you entire roll if you want to play without interruption then go to any other gaming app this is by far the worst casino app I have!!
I have never had this much issue before in the old app but this is ridiculous I can't enjoy a game if I have to login and out 15 times in 20 minutes, and the bonus your never gonna beat the bonus with this happening do not deposit your money if you want to get it back in a timely manner either every time paypal is instant or with in 3 hours max this is unacceptable that it takes 2 days minimum to where I have gone 7 days without a payment to PayPal and they blame PayPal it's sad really but that's my experience I pray yours is better good luck lol 😂

Never pays out and if it does you are super limited on withdrawal options that take almost a week minimum to reach your account

Update: after trying to deposit $100 I realized it wasn’t in my account so I tried once more they both said successful. I contacted support and the first agent says it’s being approved and to wait 15 minutes an hour later nothing so I reached out to an online agent. This agent assured me that I was actually in a cool off mode still, and that my deposit was cancelled. This morning I wake up and I’m charged not only 200$ but an extra 100$. The new agent says that they were processed and refunded and to expect my money in 1-3 business days. If this doesn’t happen I will be filing a suit and with the control board. DO NOT LINK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO TO THIS APP.
