I was supposed to get 100% sign on bonus and did not receive it. The Apple have you going in circles trying to find a way to contact them . I decided to withdraw my money and now I’m jumping through hoops to get my own money back. On top of that, the app frustratingly keeps kicking you off-line even under Wi-Fi.Update- hold up on the withdrawal is due to my quick deposit withdrawal I can kind of see that, but I explained to them I’ve never received the bonus . Everytime you fold pre-flop your hand magically hits a full house it is certainly design to tilt players for more action. There are quads here every few minutes and 4 card flushes ever other hand. Save your time save your money play live poker only! Also another very shady thing! Why do these apps take your money without any hesitation, verification or delay literally instantly. I play on the ipad and the inferface is nice. Been playing less than a year and has only had one connection error on 2/17, I was deep in a tourney with 90k chips, finally reconnected with having 30k left. I bubbled in, but maybe I coulda gone further. I didnt report this but couple days later the wsop serviced me $15 for the connection error.This is a great app to play casually but if you want to play professionally you def need a labtop or a wireless network for a desktop.

Played Gonzo’s Quest and won a bonus of over $2800-upon completion of the bonus the balance was never updated to reflect the winnings. Emailed numerous times and received NO RESPONSE-it’s been 4 weeks! Called numerous times and spoke to Steven who though polite sounds like he’s working from home from his parents’ basement. Coming from Caesar’s I would expect better and a more professional and expeditious response time. I’ve been placed on hold more times than I can count and still no update to the status of my winnings.
