Description
Trust-Place application customers. The application allows the creation and the management of Digital ownership certificates, stored in a last generation Blockchain. We thus protect the items value, share their stories and provenance in total transparency, provide new interactive services to the customers, and secure the transmission of the items during all their lives. In that sense, Trust-Place also contributes to enhance the second-hand market and the circular economy, providing new benefits for both Brands and customers!

New Features and Major Improvements:
- Lock and Unlock My Product Feature: As a customer, you now have the ability to lock and unlock your products in case of theft or loss.
- Care and Repair Feature: As a customer, you can now submit a "Care and Repair" service request by selecting the certified partner that suits you through a country and city filter.
- Product Lifebook: As a customer, you have access to your "Product Lifebook" along with your travel documents, providing you with a comprehensive view of your product's history.
- Facial Recognition / Fingerprint: Enjoy secure access to your mobile application using facial recognition or fingerprint.
- Addition of Messaging (WhatsApp, Messenger...) during the "Give" Process: At the end of the Give process, the customer can send a predefined message to customer B in their preferred channel (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) to inform them.
